Enroll in Course
In this mini course I will take you through the sensory aspects to why some people may find it difficult to sleep, get into a bedtime routine or even rest if they have Sensory Processing Difficulties.
I will also help you to understand these reasons for your specific child or the person you support. I will also share ways we can support the journey of sleep training regardless of age and what we need to consider before beginning that journey.
The last section will also share some sensory play and activities which can help to develop the skills needed for developing a sleeping routine.
Designed for parents, family members, care staff and other professionals whom it might be of interest.
